1. Open Data Portals
National Open Data Catalogue — data.gov.sk — Central catalogue of Slovak government open datasets. The old
data.gov.skaddress redirects here.Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic — National statistics authority.
DATAcube — Statistical Office — One of the most important sources for detailed demographic, economic, regional, labour, industry and population statistics.
National Bank of Slovakia — Statistics — Banking, FDI, balance of payments, securities, interest rates, property prices and macroeconomic indicators.
Ministry of Finance Open Data Portal — State budget, debt, invoices, orders, public-finance data and government expenditure.
Financial Administration Open Data — ODFS — Extremely useful tax/customs datasets including VAT registrations, tax debtors, border waiting times and revenue statistics.
SHMÚ Open Data — Slovak Hydrometeorological Institute open datasets.
SHMÚ Meteorological Open Data — Weather, rainfall and climate observations.
Slovak Election Results — VolbySR — Official election/referendum results, often downloadable down to municipality or polling-district level.
Eurostat — EU statistical datasets with detailed Slovakia filters.
EU Cohesion Open Data — Useful for tracing EU-funded projects in Slovakia.
2. Company Registries
Business Register of the Slovak Republic — ORSR — The primary company register. Search by business name, IČO, registered office, registration number or person. An English interface is available.
Register of Legal Entities, Entrepreneurs and Public Authorities — RPO — Broader than ORSR and useful for legal entities, entrepreneurs, government bodies and organizational units. Administration moved to the Ministry of Interior in June 2026.
Slovak Trade Register — Živnostenský register / ZRSR — Important for sole traders and licensed businesses.
Register of Financial Statements — RegisterÚZ — Search financial statements, annual reports and documents by company name, IČO, DIČ or LEI.
Register of Public Sector Partners — RPVS — One of Slovakia’s most valuable investigative databases. Includes organizations dealing with the public sector and can expose ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs).
Commercial Bulletin — Obchodný vestník — Corporate notices, liquidations, insolvencies, restructuring and other legally required publications.
Slovak Insolvency Register — Bankruptcy, liquidation, restructuring and insolvency proceedings. It replaced the former Register úpadcov from October 2025.
FinStat — Excellent commercial aggregator for Slovak companies, financials, directors, industry, employees and company events.
FOAF.sk — Particularly useful for searching people ↔ companies ↔ addresses ↔ corporate relationships.
OpenCorporates — International corporate database with Slovak entities.
GLEIF LEI Search — Useful for financial-sector entities and cross-border company relationships.
EU Business Registers / BRIS — Cross-border EU company searches.
OpenSanctions - Check if your target is sanctioned.
3. Land & Property Records
ESKN — Electronic Cadastre Services Portal — Official cadastral portal. Search ownership sheets, parcels, buildings, apartments, owners and other authorized persons.
CICA — Cadastral Information Portal — Official alternative interface for property/cadastral records. Particularly useful for ownership-sheet searches.
MAPKA / ZBGIS Cadastral Map — Map-based cadastral and parcel exploration.
ÚGKK — Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Authority — Central authority and gateway to official cadastral/geospatial services.
For research on current asking prices rather than legal ownership:
National Bank of Slovakia — Residential Property Prices — Useful for price/market analysis.
4. Geospatial Data and Maps
Slovakia-specific official GIS
ZBGIS / MAPKA — Excellent official base-map and cadastral environment.
National Geoportal of Slovakia — Government GIS portal.
Central Road Database — CDB — Detailed road-network data.
CDB Road Maps and Statistics — Road classes, motorway sections, road conditions and historical/statistical data.
CDB Interactive Road Map — IS MCS — Detailed technical road-network GIS.
Open mapping
Overpass Turbo — Query OSM features such as buildings, towers, embassies, infrastructure, roads and industrial sites.
Freemap Slovakia — Slovakia-focused OSM mapping.
Mapy.com — Particularly useful for Central European terrain, hiking trails and detailed POIs.
Satellite imagery
NASA FIRMS — Wildfire/thermal anomaly monitoring.
5. Flight & Vessel Tracking
Aircraft
Slovak Aircraft Register — Dopravný úrad — Official aircraft registry. Includes owner/operator, registration mark, aircraft type and serial number.
List of Registered Slovak Aircraft — Public list; the authority notes that the live register remains authoritative.
ADS-B Exchange — Especially valuable for aircraft that may be filtered by some commercial trackers.
Vessels
Slovakia is landlocked, so maritime OSINT is mainly relevant to Slovak-linked vessels and Danube traffic around Bratislava/Komárno rather than sea ports.

FOAF.sk People Search — Search names and discover company/address relationships.
ORSR — Search by Person — Directors, shareholders/partners and corporate appointments.
RPO — People associated with legal entities/businesses.
RPVS Beneficial Ownership Search — Search beneficial owners connected with public-sector partners.
CICA Cadastre — Property-owner research where legally/publicly available.
Public Officials and Asset Declarations — NRSR — Outstanding source for politicians and senior public officials.
OCCRP Aleph — Extremely valuable for cross-border company/person/document research.

Central Register of Executions — CRE — Enforcement/execution records; some access/services require registration/payment.

National Council of the Slovak Republic — NRSR — MPs, committees, bills, parliamentary documents and voting.
Public Officials Asset Declarations — Functions, outside employment/business interests and asset declarations.
Register of Political Parties and Political Movements — Search party names, addresses, registration numbers, status and associated people.

Register of Non-Governmental Non-Profit Organizations — RMNO — Search associations, foundations, non-profit organizations, funds and organizations with an international element. Searches can include IČO, organization, municipality and associated physical persons.
RPO — Also useful for NGO/legal-entity verification.
RegisterÚZ — Financial statements for organizations required to file them.
FinStat - search a company by name or IČO (Slovak company identification number) and quickly see things such as revenue, profit, assets, taxes, employee estimates, industry, company status and historical financial performance.
13. Tax, Customs, Trade & Border Data
Financial Administration Public Lists — VAT lists, tax debtors, excise-tax registrations, corporate income-tax figures and other taxpayer datasets.
Tax Debtors Dataset — Useful company/person red flag.
Slovakia–Ukraine Border Crossing Waiting Times — Current information for Vyšné Nemecké, Ubľa and Veľké Slemence, including freight/passenger traffic.
UN Comtrade — Slovakia import/export research by commodity and partner country.
