Asset Recovery Watch Database - Tracks asset recovery efforts, including Nigerian cases.
Nigeria Data Portal (NBS) - Government statistics and socio-economic data.
Open Treasury Portal - Tracks federal government expenditures — payments, allocations, and disbursements.
BudgIT Tracka - Monitors public projects and budgets across Nigerian communities; user-driven updates.
GenderGap.AFRICA - GenderGap.AFRICA is a tool designed to help users calculate the gender pay gap in any African country.
sourceAFRICA is the continent's largest repository of documentary evidence and other "actionable documents" from investigative journalists and civic watchdogs.
World Bank Nigeria Data - International datasets about Nigeria — economy, health, education, infrastructure.
Humanitarian Data Exchange (HDX) - Crisis-related datasets for Nigeria: conflict, IDPs, health, security.
AidData – Funding flows, donor projects (great for anti-corruption).
Nigeria Watch is a database that monitors lethal violence, conflicts, and human security in Nigeria.

Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) - Official registrar of Nigerian companies. Search for registered companies by name or RC number.
NG-Check - Aggregates basic data about Nigerian companies (from CAC and public web).
OpenCorporate - Global registry with some Nigerian company info (limited).
Finelib - Nigeria business directory and search engine.
Nigeria24 - Discover the graphical network with all manager and company connections.
Nigeria Business List - Business Directory & Search Portal in Nigeria.
ProShare - Financial and economic data, market analysis, and regulatory insights for Nigeria.

Land.ng - Focused on land sales, sometimes with GPS locations.
Dominion.AFRICA (Github) - Dominion gives journalist and civic activists useful facts and data about land ownership in Africa

GRID3 Nigeria - High-resolution geospatial data, including settlements, health facilities, and administrative boundaries.
Vehicle Information
FRSC Vehicle Verification - Basic vehicle status check via plate number.
NIID (Nigerian Insurance Industry Database) - Verify the authenticity of insurance policies, especially for motor vehicles.
Cars45.com (Vehicle Buy/Sell Platform) - Sometimes includes VINs, service history, and inspection reports — useful for tracing vehicle history and ownership.
Nigerian Customs Auctions (For Seized Vehicles) - Customs sometimes publishes auction lists of seized or imported vehicles — includes VIN, brand, model, and port of entry.
Global VIN tools - If the VIN is available, these tools decode manufacturer data, year, and country of origin.

People Search / Personal Identifiers
Voter Registration (INEC) - You can search for registered voters.
Facebook & LinkedIn - Widely used in Nigeria for business and personal use. Good for tracing employment history, photos, affiliations.
NIMC NIN Verification Portal (National Identity Number) - Not open to individuals, but used by banks, telecoms, and sometimes journalists via whistleblowers.
EFCC Wanted List - Suspects in fraud, embezzlement, or cybercrime cases.
Truecaller - Identifies caller names, sometimes linked with WhatsApp or Facebook.
Search email addresses, usernames, or phone numbers via tools like Namechk or WhatsMyName.app.
NG-Check - Use names or company info to track affiliations, especially for procurement or conflict-of-interest investigations.

Court Cases / Legal Records - Use NigeriaLII to find public judgments by name or party.
Procurement & Contracts
Nigeria Open Contracting Portal (NOCOPO) - Official open contracting portal for monitoring public procurement.
Budeshi - Civil society platform linking budget and procurement data.
