OpenData.Gov - The portal is Mongolia’s centralized public platform for open government data.
Gov.mn - The official centralized government portal of Mongolia.
Mongolian Statistical Information Service - a prominent data portal managed by the National Statistics Office (NSO) of Mongolia.
Workwithdata - Work With Data is a London-based data platform (founded in 2021) that aggregates and enriches open-source data to deliver a unified, AI-enhanced knowledge base. It offers access to a knowledge graph encompassing around 13 million entities and 0.2 billion data points across 6 domains and 255 data fields.
E-Mongolia - e-Mongolia is Mongolia’s comprehensive digital government platform, launched in October 2020. It consolidates hundreds of public services—spanning everything from ID renewals and business permits to land information and health documents.
Company Registries & Directories
opendata.burtgel.gov.mn - This portal serves as a transparent public resource, offering structured data regarding registered individuals, businesses, properties, and more.
Open Datalab Mongolia: The platform curates diverse datasets, including: Company Registration Data, Public Procurement (Tenders) – sourced from the Procurement Agency, Asset and Income Declarations – via the Anti-Corruption Authority, Local Development Funds – tracked by the Ministry of Finance, Transparent Budget" Data (Shilen Danz) – also from the Finance Ministry, Election Results – provided by the General Election Commission, Mining Permits – from the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry.

OCCRP Aleph - Aleph is a tool designed to help investigative journalists track people and companies, typically as part of corruption investigations. It consolidates data from millions of documents, including corporate registries, financial records, leaks, and legal filings, and makes them searchable and cross-referable.
OpenSanctions Mongolia - Contains 623 entities connected with Mongolia. This may include sanctioned entities, politically-exposed persons (PEPs), and their close associates, or entities involved in criminal activity.
Land & Property Records:
Unified Open Data Portal of Mongolia – Managed by the General Agency for Land Administration, Geodesy, and Cartography, this portal publishes datasets such as spatial data, land parcel info, cadastral geodata, GNSS systems, and more under "Open Spatial Data".
e-Property Right Registration (Smart Government Project) – Enables immediate property ownership validation and registration across Mongolia, providing access to ownership references in ~30 seconds. (Citizen Only Access through e-Mongolia portal).

Vehicle OSINT Tools - Not specific to Mongolia but a comprehensive list of websites, add-ons, repositories, and other tools useful for finding information on a target vehicle.
People Search
National Archives of Mongolia – Pre-1950s civil/historical records (births, family registries) are stored at the General Authority for Archives. Access is in-person; photocopies may be requested.
ZoomInfo - Business email addresses, phone numbers (including direct dials) for professionals.

The Supreme Court of Mongolia's official website provides access to decisions and case information.
The World Legal Information Institute (WorldLII) provides access to decisions of the Constitutional and Supreme Courts of Mongolia.
New York University's law library offers a guide to Mongolian legal resources, including access to decisions from various courts.
Procurement & Tenders
E-Tender - Government-run procurement site listing bids and tender notices. Note: available content may be older or require navigation.
GlobalTenders / Tender Impulse / Tendersinfo / BiddingSource – International portals that aggregate Mongolian procurement notices, RFPs, government contracts across categories.
MCA-Mongolia (Millennium Challenge Account) – Lists procurement opportunities tied to MCC-funded projects, with general notices from 2024 onwards.
Maps
Old Maps of Mongolia - Users can explore historical maps on an interactive map interface and use a timeline to see how regions and boundaries have changed over time.
WHOIS and Domain Lookup
EuroDNS WHOIS – A third-party interface for .MN domain lookups, listing technical and administrative contact data like registrar and DNS.
