Open Data Portals
Latvian Open Data Portal (data.gov.lv) — Latvia’s main national open data catalogue, publishing datasets from state institutions for public reuse.
Latvian Open Data Portal (Latvian interface) — The Latvian-language entry point to the national portal, with updates and announcements alongside datasets.
Central Statistical Bureau (stat.gov.lv) — Official statistics hub with publications, indicators, and links into the PxWeb database.
Riga Open Data OData service (opendata.riga.lv) — Riga municipality’s machine-readable OData endpoint for direct structured dataset access (JSON/XML).
GEO RĪGA – Open Data — Riga’s open spatial-data page encouraging reuse for research, products, and urban innovation.
Latvian Geospatial Information Agency – Open Data (LGIA) — National geospatial open datasets (e.g., base layers) under a clear open license for reuse.
Geospatial Information Portal (SDDA / VDAA) — A single access point aggregating geospatial data/services from multiple Latvian data holders.
atvertiedati.lv — A Latvian open-data community site that presents datasets and analysis in a more “human friendly” way.
Latvian Open Data portal - Site data owners and enthusiasts can upload and share Latvian open data sets. Uploaded data can be easily searched and filtered as well as can be used via API as data source for other applications.
Latvian Memory Institution Data in the Digital Space - Open Data portal for cultural heritage / memory-institution datasets and ontologies.
Business Registries
Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia (Uzņēmumu reģistrs / UR) — Latvia’s official business registry authority, registering companies/merchants and providing public company information and filings access.
European e-Justice Portal – Latvia Business Register overview — EU portal page summarizing how Latvia’s business register works and what information is available.
Lursoft IT — Register of Enterprises of Latvia (commercial company database) - - A widely-used commercial platform that republishes and enriches Latvian company registry information (often used for KYB/monitoring).
EBR (European Business Register) — Company search — Cross-border search portal that can be used to look up companies across European registers, including Latvia.
Insolvency Register (UR) — Official register for insolvency cases (legal persons and natural persons), legal protection proceedings, administrators, and key case status information.
Commercial Pledge Register (UR / Komercķīlas) — Register of secured interests (“commercial pledges”) over business assets (important for encumbrance checks).
Beneficial Ownership (UBO) registration / information (UR) — The UR’s beneficial owner (UBO/PLG) information framework (what must be declared and how it’s recorded).
VID (Latvia’s State Revenue Service) public database page for “Valsts amatpersonu deklarācijas” — i.e., asset/interest declarations submitted by public officials. On it, you can typically search by a person’s name/surname and view the declarations that are published for transparency.
OpenSanctions - Contains 1,192 entities connected with Latvia. This may include sanctioned entities, politically-exposed persons (PEPs), and their close associates, or entities involved in criminal activity.

People Search
Latvian Population Register services (PMLP) — Official entry point to Population Register-related e-services (incl. checks like whether a person is in the Register of Natural Persons / death-status checks in certain contexts).
PMLP provides an e-service that lets you verify, using a person’s Latvian personal code (personas kods), whether: the person is entered in the Register of Natural Persons, and whether there is no information recorded about the person’s death in the register.

E-lieta portal (elieta.lv) — Latvia’s e-case portal for people involved in proceedings; includes “search litigation progress” by case number/summons number rather than name.
Court Administration — e-lieta overview (TA) - Official background on the e-lieta system and who it serves (participants / authorized users).

Draugiem.lv - a Latvian social networking site (one of Latvia’s biggest long-running “local Facebook”-style communities).
Archives Portal Europe is a huge online catalogue that lets you search across millions of archival descriptions from thousands of archives in Europe and beyond.
SS.com – classifieds/advertisements site. Lets you view listings, contact sellers (often via phone numbers), and includes an archive of past ads.
Land Records, Maps & Geospatial Data
Latvian Land Register (Zemesgrāmata) — Property rights registry access point (real estate lookup is typically by cadastral/address/folio details; personal-ID based access is restricted).
My data in the Land Register - Authenticated service to see land-register info related to your own property and requests (not general public name search).
European e-Justice Portal — Latvia land registers overview — High-level guide to Latvia’s property-related registers (cadastre + unified land register) and what they contain.
Lursoft — Real Estate Databases — Commercial access layer that can query property info (for authorized users) by identifiers like cadastral number/address and returns owner/encumbrance details depending on access level.
Kadastrs.lv is Latvia’s official State Land Service (VZD) portal for cadastre + address + map data.
Vehicle information
https://e.csdd.lv/tadati/ - A government site where you sign in (via an e-CSDD account or Latvija.lv methods like eID/bank login) to access driver and vehicle-related online services, such as registration, technical inspection info, and payments.
Courts
E-lieta (National Courts Portal) - Intended for public access/search/filtering of decisions.
Tiesas.lv (Judiciary / Court Administration portal) - Entry point to Latvia’s court e-services and information about court processes.
Supreme Court (Augstākā tiesa / AT) – case-law archive + search
